A drill guide clamped to a workpiece mid-job, swarf on the bench, a hand steadying it.
VM-JIG-GDE
Drill and cutting guide
A guide printed to your workpiece, with the hole spacing built into it rather than measured onto the job.

Lead times run from a day for something small to a fortnight for a batch, and the quote names the setting before the print happens. Nothing here is a part we stock: it is your part, printed once the drawing is agreed.
It turns a careful ten minutes into a confident one, and it does the twentieth piece exactly like the first.
How it goes
The guide is drawn around the part it serves, so it locates itself. That is the whole difference between a jig and a template.
Getting the most out of it
- Steel bushings can be pressed into the guide where a bit will run many times; say so and the seats are printed for them.
- Name the spacing tolerance you care about and that is the dimension held.
- Keep it out of direct heat and it stays accurate; PETG is the choice when a guide lives near one.
Made to your drawing
Send the drawing and we print it.
A file and two sentences is a quotable enquiry. The quote comes back the same working day with the settings we intend to use, and an opinion about how the part will behave in the direction it is actually loaded.
