About our 3D-printing workshop in Yerevan
A product design and 3D printing workshop in Yerevan, and the businesses it owns. Each one sells to its own customer under its own name. This page is the only place they are described together.
Shared at the back, separate at the front
A buyer looking for a shrimp cave and a buyer looking for a throwing rib have nothing in common except the machines their order is made on. So the machines, the materials policy and the design system are held centrally, and everything the customer touches belongs to the business that serves them: its own name, its own site, its own voice, its own shelf.
The practical effect is that what one line learns about a material is written down once and applies everywhere. A filament that warps on a lamp shade is a filament that warps on a plant pot, and nobody has to discover that twice.

Who draws it
Every object in the group is drawn by one person, published under Mkhitaryan Designs. That is deliberate. One pair of hands means the pieces agree with each other across the brands, and it means the person who drew a thing is the person who can change it for you.
Where it is made
Drawing, printing, finishing and packing all happen in one building in Yerevan. Nothing is drop shipped and nothing is white labelled. That is why a piece can be reprinted a size larger the same week you ask, and why the answer to "can you change this" is usually yes.
Where this is going
A product design and 3D printing workshop in Yerevan whose work is recognised for how it is made, running its own brands and printing other people's ideas on the same machines.
What we hold ourselves to
Design and print in one building. Take on outside work as readily as our own. Say where it was made and get it to anywhere in Armenia.
