A drill guide clamped to a workpiece mid-job, swarf on the bench, a hand steadying the guide.

Products · Jigs and fixtures

The thing that holds the work.

Drill guides, cutting templates, assembly fixtures and locating blocks, printed to the part they serve. This is where a printer earns its place in a workshop fastest.

A jig only has to be right in the one feature that locates the work. Name that feature when you send the job and it is the one that gets the tolerance.

Lead times run from a day for something small to a fortnight for a batch, and the quote names the setting before the print happens. Nothing here is a part we stock: it is your part, printed once the drawing is agreed.

Made to your drawing

Send the drawing and we print it.

A file and two sentences is a quotable enquiry. The quote comes back the same working day with the settings we intend to use, and an opinion about how the part will behave in the direction it is actually loaded.
